Are you new to the Green Tea experience? The key to brewing the perfect cuppa is to let the water sit for about 5 minutes in the pot after boiling and before steeping to bring the temperature down to 170 degrees. Steep for 3 minutes. These two considerations will ensure a brisk and healthy green tea that does not taste bitter or unduly vegetal. May we recommend our Pomegranate Green and Toasted Maple green teas? They have natural sweetness without sugar, and are perfectly balanced.

Creative alert: We just discovered Calamityware, porcelain tableware that appears to be Blue Willow but upon closer inspection actually features volcanos, flying monkeys, UFO invasions, dinosaurs, zombie poodles, spinning vortexes, pirates and other calamities. A tea set will be released in early 2019. We love the quirky humor of this high quality tableware created by a former graphic artist in Pittsburgh.
